Trust walk




Trust walk can be considered as an activity that we had learn many things through out the game. In out real life there are some sort of situations that we had to trust people blindly when there is no option for us to do. That situation has created in this activity and we get a real experience of facing in a such situation.


It was a pair activity, one should be blindfolded and the other should be the guide. The guide should provide guidance for the blindfolded person for the given destination. There were many interesting obstacles here and there in the activity premises. We had to go to our destination which was at the outside of the classroom without touching them.


When I talk about what are the special points that we gain in this activity I can mention many things, but it was mainly about the trust between partners. We should be a good listener as well as a good guide for to succeed the task.



Other than that, we have to use our sense in order to observe where we are when we are blindfolded and where to move as well. Although it seems a bit easy task what we learnt was not that simple. As same as other days through having some fun through engaging activities, there is a piece left to think as well. I realized that following instruction is not a very easy task as well.

Paper Tower Game According to my point of view, this paper tower game which we have done in our ppd session is not just a game. It can be considered as a group activity which can improve our soft skills which cannot be developed only by doing the academic stuff. Leadership skills, speaking ability, creative thinking and time management are some of those soft skills. What is the paper tower game? First of all we were divided into three groups by counting. In this activity we were provided 12 papers, a gum tape and a pair of scissors. Apart from that, the tower that we built could be stand at the given place. Then we have to build the tallest tower within the given 45 minutes. How did we do that? First of all we had a small discussion about the way we build the tower. What you learn from PPD PPD which is known as Personal Progress Development can be considered as a guild line of our lives. Not only that but also it is energy and time saving method. From these PPD sessions that we had in our university, we were able to make new unforgettable memories as well as good lessons. According to my view, our PPD session is mainly focused on the point which is having a strategy before starting a task.
