What you learn from PPD

PPD which is known as Personal Progress Development can be considered as a guild line of our lives. Not only that but also it is energy and time saving method. From these PPD sessions that we had in our university, we were able to make new unforgettable memories as well as good lessons.

According to my view, our PPD session is mainly focused on the point which is having a strategy before starting a task. We have to pay more attention to some points like the dead line, way of doing the task (analysing the task), things that make the task easier, way of getting maximum use from the given resources.
First of all we have to spend some time on analyzing the given task or the activity. Then we have to put our effort according to the impotency of each work.

Although it was a success or a failure, we have to keep going on through the working process. As well as we should be able to maintain our mentality to not to lose the faith, which we keep at the beginning of a task until the end. More important thing is completing the given task properly, compared to a uncompleted victory.

Every person has their own weaknesses and abilities. To get the maximum use of ourselves it is really important to identify yourself first of all. Therefore we can put our maximum effort and give useful contribution to success a task.

Taking the leadership in the necessary situation is also an important thing that I have learnt from the session. By not having a leadership work does not happen in a good manner.  Following and listening to the leader also can be taken as  special point that makes a failure of a team work.
