Lava River

4 paper plates were provided for each three groups by the conductor. We should cross the Lava River by using the given plates. If we lost the human touch of the plate, that plate will be taken. The group that crosses the river in the minimum time will win the game. We should finished the task quickly as well as all the group members should cross the river.



Standing on the paper

We were provided by a paper and the whole group should stand on the paper to the command without standing out of the paper. After that the paper would be folded into 2 and again the whole group should stand on the paper. Likewise the game continues for few rounds until all groups failed.

In some activities we have done few mistakes and due to some issues, we were unable to perform as we thought. To do a great job, we have include some valuable points.
1. Have a little chat with group members and have a strategy.
2. Manage and maintain the given recourses until the end of the task.
3. Pay more attention to the time limits.
4.  Always listen to the leader and follow the instructions well.
5. Should have a plan B in unexeptable situations.
6. Be prepared for sudden changes.
7. Decisions should take quickly and correctly.

As students, in our way to education these point will be much helpful and useful. When we work as a team there advantages as well as disadvantages. In PPD session  that is the main point that e were focused by the our conductor, to work as a team, by increasing strengths and decreasing our weekness.

Paper Tower Game According to my point of view, this paper tower game which we have done in our ppd session is not just a game. It can be considered as a group activity which can improve our soft skills which cannot be developed only by doing the academic stuff. Leadership skills, speaking ability, creative thinking and time management are some of those soft skills. What is the paper tower game? First of all we were divided into three groups by counting. In this activity we were provided 12 papers, a gum tape and a pair of scissors. Apart from that, the tower that we built could be stand at the given place. Then we have to build the tallest tower within the given 45 minutes. How did we do that? First of all we had a small discussion about the way we build the tower. What you learn from PPD PPD which is known as Personal Progress Development can be considered as a guild line of our lives. Not only that but also it is energy and time saving method. From these PPD sessions that we had in our university, we were able to make new unforgettable memories as well as good lessons. According to my view, our PPD session is mainly focused on the point which is having a strategy before starting a task.
