As this is the last episode of the year, we were asked to write a conclusion all ppd sessions that we had though out the year. We had done many activities which teach important lessons to our life in this week. Most of them were group works which gave us the knowledge and practice to survive in the current society.in every Wednesday; we willingly attended for the session with a hope of a new exciting activity.

Paper tower
In paper tower we were provided papers and celotapes, we had to make the tallest tower which can stand without any external support.

Lava River
In Lava River we were provided in 4 plates we had to cross the Lava River ( 8 members) by not loosing those plates.

Standing on the paper
In this activity, we were provided by a large paper and we were asked to stand on the paper according to the command.  And paper fold into half, again we had to stand as a team on the paper.

Barter puzzle
In egg protector we were provided by paper and celotape. We had to make an egg protector to prevent breaking when it drops from ten feet height.

Life goals
We were asked to make a poster on our life

Cultural learning
We had to make a new culture including a language, greeting way, costume, song and a dance.

Paper Tower Game According to my point of view, this paper tower game which we have done in our ppd session is not just a game. It can be considered as a group activity which can improve our soft skills which cannot be developed only by doing the academic stuff. Leadership skills, speaking ability, creative thinking and time management are some of those soft skills. What is the paper tower game? First of all we were divided into three groups by counting. In this activity we were provided 12 papers, a gum tape and a pair of scissors. Apart from that, the tower that we built could be stand at the given place. Then we have to build the tallest tower within the given 45 minutes. How did we do that? First of all we had a small discussion about the way we build the tower. What you learn from PPD PPD which is known as Personal Progress Development can be considered as a guild line of our lives. Not only that but also it is energy and time saving method. From these PPD sessions that we had in our university, we were able to make new unforgettable memories as well as good lessons. According to my view, our PPD session is mainly focused on the point which is having a strategy before starting a task. We have to pay more attention to some points like the dead line, way of doing the task (analysing the task), things that make the task easier, way of getting maximum use from the given resources. First of all we have to spend some time on analyzing the given task or the activity. Then we have to put our effort according to the impotency of each work.
