Facing for an interview

Facing for an interview  PPD we were taught how to face an interview with all confident. There are some good points that we have focused as it can become very useful at a situation like this. To pass the interview and to make the interviewers impressed on ourselves we have to focus on those points. By following these points we can be more self-confident at the moment. We should have done a little bit of researching about the company and the interviewers as well in terms of make them impressed on ourselves. Knowing their mission, interaction with clients and employees will be helpful to get familiar with them and to the company environment. We should imagine the situation at the interview before the interview and we should prepare ourselves to fit to the curtain situation. Be ready to answer for common questions that can be asked ( especially why we fit to the company and why you think that the most suitable person for this job is yourself). And also by practice wi...

Story making

Story making (group activity) In this activity, our mainly focused on the fact that, how much communication is affect to the efficiency of the activity. The activity was we were divided into 3 groups and we were asked to face back to the white board. Every group a marker pen was given and we should write a story but a group member can only write one word at one time. And there were 4 rounds. At that time we were so excited about the activity. One by one in our group went to the board and write the story. When my chance arrives and when I came to the board I was shocked to see it. It was a total nonsense. After all rounds completed, we red our story, at the very beginning it was very fun read all those nonsenses. But after our lecture explained how communication matters to a work, we realized what was wrong with the stories. It was a fun activity although it doesn’t take much time.

Rocket making activity

Rocket making activity We started our second semester first activity in PPD very excitingly as we know something interesting is coming up. Our lecture divided us to 2 groups and we got 6 papers in Yellow color. We were asked to make paper rockets as much as we can in 20 minutes. First of all we got 3 minutes to discuss about the task and to come up with ideas to make the task more efficient. Then the lecture marked a 10 feet distance on the floor. We had to make our rocket fly across the 10 feet distance. We did some trial rounds and came up with 2 sizes which can possibly cross the marked distance. Some of our members (including me) have not known how to make rockets. So for learning process it took a considerable amount of time. When the time is over we could only make 29 planes. Then 2 boys were chosen to make it fly. Out of 29, only were able to pass the line. It was a failure for our team. In this activity I learnt to make rockets as well as working w...
